Research conducted by Shatadi Rebecca Kganyago examined the impact of cultural diversity when it comes to the workplace. The finding show that 80% of the language and discrimination remain significant challenges in the workplace. That finding is significant in a country with 12 official languages and a workforce shaped by different cultural and linguistic identities.
